Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the UntilDone Android application (package com.mamedoff.untildone), developed and published by Mamedoff (“developer,” “we,” or “us”), processes user information.

Scope

This Policy applies to the UntilDone application, its notifications, built-in banner advertising, and related privacy settings. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, and advertising services governed by their own policies.

UntilDone does not require registration and does not create user accounts.

Reminder data and application settings

UntilDone processes the following information locally on the device:

  • reminder titles and note text;
  • selected date, time, and repeat interval;
  • reminder status, including active, postponed, or completed;
  • completed reminder history;
  • sound, vibration, theme, and other application settings;

This information is stored locally and is used to provide reminders, notifications, history, and settings. The developer does not receive reminder or note content through a developer-operated server and does not sell this local data.

Cloud backup of the local reminder database and settings is disabled by the application.

Advertising and third-party SDKs

UntilDone contains banner advertising and uses Appodeal SDK 4.3.0. The advertising integration may use Appodeal and its partners or components, including BidMachine, Bidon, AppLovin, and Start.io.

Depending on the device, region, ad availability, and privacy choices, advertising SDKs may collect, receive, use, and share:

  • the Android advertising ID and other device or application identifiers;
  • IP address, mobile carrier, Internet service provider, and network type or status;
  • country, region, or approximate location inferred from an IP address or network information;
  • device model and type, Android version, language, time zone, screen properties, and user agent;
  • ad impressions, clicks, and other advertising interactions;
  • advertising and product events used to measure ad performance;
  • crash reports, diagnostics, and advertising SDK performance information;
  • consent signals, regional privacy signals, and advertising personalization settings;

UntilDone does not request precise location permission and does not send reminder or note content to advertising SDKs. The application also does not provide the developer with a user's name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, audio recordings, payment information, or purchase history.

Purposes of processing

Advertising and technical information may be processed to:

  • provide contextual or personalized advertising, depending on consent and applicable law;
  • load and display banner ads;
  • limit repetition and measure impressions, clicks, and campaign performance;
  • analyze advertising SDK operation and diagnose errors;
  • protect security, identify invalid traffic, and prevent fraud;
  • comply with legal obligations and apply user privacy choices;

Consent and privacy choices

Where required, Appodeal Stack Consent Manager requests consent before personal data is processed for personalized advertising. A user may decline personalized advertising. Limited technical data may still be processed to deliver non-personalized or contextual advertising and to support security and measurement.

Consent is requested in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where applicable. Residents of regulated U.S. states may exercise available rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of data for targeted advertising.

Where required for the user's region, UntilDone displays Settings → Privacy → Privacy choices, which opens the consent and opt-out form and allows the user to update available privacy choices.

Users can also adjust Android advertising settings and delete or reset the advertising ID through the operating system.

Recipients and third-party policies

Technical and advertising information may be received by Appodeal, connected advertising networks, demand providers, measurement services, fraud-prevention providers, and other processors required to provide advertising.

Their processing is governed by their own policies:

Appodeal may change the active set of advertising partners without changing UntilDone's core functionality. Users should also review Appodeal's policy for the current partner list and available rights.

Android permissions

The application or included libraries use these Android permissions and capabilities:

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS to display user-created reminders;
  • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM to deliver reminders at the time selected by the user;
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to restore schedules after device restart or application update;
  • VIBRATE to vibrate for notifications when enabled;
  • INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to load advertising and check network availability;
  • AD_ID to allow advertising SDKs to access the Android advertising identifier;
  • ACCESS_WIFI_STATE and available Privacy Sandbox/AdServices signals for advertising operation, measurement, and privacy choices;

UntilDone does not request access to contacts, calendar, camera, microphone, photos, files, or precise location.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains on the device until the user deletes reminders or history in the application, clears UntilDone storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the application.

UntilDone does not create accounts, and the developer does not receive the local reminder database. Therefore, a separate account-deletion process does not apply.

Appodeal and advertising partners determine their own retention periods. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by a specific advertising provider, use that provider's privacy policy, the in-app privacy choices form, or contact the provider directly.

International transfers

Appodeal and its advertising partners may process information in countries other than the user's country. Such transfers are governed by applicable law and the safeguards described in the relevant provider's policy.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to restrict access to local application data. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Third-party advertising providers are also responsible for the information they process under their own policies.

User rights

Depending on the user's location, applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; obtain a copy of information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and complain to a competent data-protection authority.

For information controlled by the developer, contact mamedoff.developer@gmail.com. If a request concerns identifiers or information held by an advertising network, we may direct the user to Appodeal or the relevant partner because the developer does not have direct access to their databases.

Children

UntilDone is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age applicable in the user's country. The developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated server.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child's information was processed improperly may contact mamedoff.developer@gmail.com.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the application, advertising SDKs, law, or platform requirements change. The updated version will be published at the same URL with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated in the application or release notes.
